happinessthroughhunger: aw well thank you - i'm really trying hard to be healthy this time round. it's just volunteering at a animal shelter and a childrens hospital! i'm actually quite looking forward to like walking dogs and colouring with kids haha! do you have any tips on how to loose/shrink muscle? hope you're having a good! :)
a great way to shrink muscle because honestly, you shouldn’t be losing it is stretching and yoga!! it makes them so much less bulky that it’s amazing.
